The Hearts Have It

Do you enjoy classic romance novels like those from Ann Radcliffe, or the works of Jane Austen? The origins of the romance genre we know today stem back to the 18th and 19th centuries. The genre separated itself from the rest by being primarily written by women, for women, and about women. Female protagonists either defied social conventions or overcame personal struggles in pursuit of their own happiness and love.

What is your favourite classic tale of romance?

Since reaching number one on Amazon with my book Forever Love, readers have been asking about book two, Love’s Promises. I’m working diligently to finish the edits on the book, and I’m pleased to announce that the next installment in the Davina and Quinn series will be launching this May.  You’ll be able to preorder your copies very soon!

It’s National Artichoke Day! Who knew? There is a holiday every day. So, let’s all munch on some artichoke hearts this week. I have two delicious artichoke recipes that are tasty alternatives to the cliche spinach and artichoke dip.
