Seriously though, is there a wrong way to cook a potato? Baked, fried, mashed, smashed, bashed, you make it, and I’ll eat it. Do you prefer fries or tater tots?
Tater tots take quite a bit more effort, but they are worth it. Here is a delicious tater tot recipe you can try at home. Then, add your favourite toppings. As a dairy farmer, I recommend shredded cheese.
What’s new with you? How is everyone? It’s hard to believe that a year has passed since COVID19 made its appearance. Our lives have changed. No one can say that their life hasn’t been affected in some way. Here at home, we hope to see the end of lockdown soon.
The vaccine has arrived. Hooray! But who knows when we’ll receive our shot(s). I don’t mind waiting for my needle. Let our health care providers and those at risk get theirs first.
When we’re vaccinated, and it is safe to re-join the world, what is the first thing you plan to do? Travel? See family? Hug your friends? Dine at a restaurant? See a show? Think of the possibilities!
